  • Stickers and bookmarks will ship in 1-2 weeks via USPS First Class
  • Giclee Framed Prints ship within 3-4 weeks via FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground
  • Giclee Unframed Prints ship within 1-2 weeks via FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground

Returns & Exchanges Policy

All digital download orders are final sale, therefore I do not accept returns or exchanges on digital content.

Unused physical products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days. Any damages or defects should be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back. Refunds are issued through store credit or equal value exchange. However, if you have any issues with your order, please message me or email me info@eilakdesigns.com and I will be happy to accommodate you.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ONLY).
