Heart Chakra Journal Prompts

Journaling is an excellent way to express your feelings, especially the feelings that have not been acknowledged. The heart chakra is responsible for your interpersonal relationships, including the relationship with yourself. I have prepared a few healing heart chakra journal prompts for you to break through your blockages.

Benefits of Heart Chakra Journal prompts

Heart chakra journal prompts target certain imbalances within the Anahata. A heart chakra blockage can be healed in many ways, but understanding the root cause of your heart chakra blockage will speed up the healing process. For example, if you have a hard time receiving, you may have issues with selfishness. You could be too selfish or not selfish enough! Creating a balance within this imbalance could be recognizing how often you give to others (and vice versa) and examining your relationships to see who is a friend and not a foe.

Benefits

  • Better sense of trust – Easier to build and form relationships
  • Increased happiness with current relationships – Learning to accept people for who they are, rather than changing them
  • A kinder heart – empathy will expand in your heart, creating a healthier balance of give and take
  • Decreased anxiety and stress – Not only will you have a greater sense of trust with others, but yourself too
